We offer a 30-day return from the day of purchase. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted or credited to customer.
Unless we are at fault in shipment such as wrong item or item defect, shipping charge will be at customer’s expense.
Merchandise that was returned to us and is not the original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
We cannot accept used or damaged merchandise for refund, return or exchange.
Our replacement parts, which are covered by warranty, can only be replaced if customer will provide images of the original damaged parts sent to email@example.com
